Ollie has worked in Special Needs education for over 10 years. His roles have included Director of Safeguarding, Inclusion Lead, Lead Teacher for Outdoor Ed.
Ollie is a level 5 Trauma Informed Practitioner and has used this with his role as Team Teach Tutor to develop Trust wide behaviour policies and lead engagement teams.
