Directors
Ollie has worked in Special Needs education for over 10 years. His roles have included Director of Safeguarding, Inclusion Lead, Lead Teacher for Outdoor Ed.
Ollie is a level 5 Trauma Informed Practitioner and has used this with his role as Team Teach Tutor to develop Trust wide behaviour policies and lead engagement teams.
Shane has worked for many years in the pastoral management of a Multi Academy Trust. His passion for helping others is always evident whilst encouraging and developing our outdoor curriculum.
Mentors
Georgia has a degree in forensics which she gained at the University of Bristol. Having been a student in Bristol Georgia is a go to to find out about cultural areas of Bristol and the surrounding areas.
Di is not only a fantastic Mentor with years of experience but is also our in house Emotional Literacy Support Assistant.
Jordan has spent many years working in the sports and education sectors. As a professional footballer Jordan is perfectly suited to tap into the sporting aspirations of young people, whether that’s improving personal fitness in the gym or getting ready for try outs with the Bears!
